Every year many people tend to forget how fast time passes by and how your body looks especially during the holidays.
The holidays make it harder to take care of yourself because of the many things you have going on.

Of course, our busy schedules keep us from what we desire to do, however, when it comes to working out, we can do it in the comfort of our home! Now you do not have an excuse for staying fit for the holidays.
Here are a few ways to start your holiday season right:
Abdominal Curl
Find a comfortable place on the floor and lie on your back with your legs bent. Your feet must be flat on the floor and arms behind your head so that you can focus on the abs in this position. Next you will slightly raise your head until you feel engagement with your abs and reverse the workout. Repeat as many times as needed.

Donkey Kick
Place your hands and knees on the floor to make a flat surface on your back. Keep your leg bent at a 90-degree angle while lifting your choice of leg. Do not arch your back. Repeat as many times as needed.
Squat
Start by standing up with your feet apart. Then push back your butt as you squat down. You can extend your arms out for balance if needed. Make sure your knees are not going past your toes and use your heels for pressing and not your knees. Repeat as many times as needed.
Bird Dog
Have the same starting position as the donkey kick exercise. Extend your choice of arm and leg opposite of the arm. Make sure that you are square to the floor. Continue as many times as needed.
Remember to stretch and drink plenty of water!
